My technician Derek did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, he was very professional and solved my slow drain problem quickly. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly when he was finished and cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter that needs any drain or plumbing work done. They have always been very knowledgeable and professional and mostly, always get the job done right. A++++
Had major plumbing issues just days from Christmas and they have done great getting here and helping with options to fix out isses. Jonathan (tech) and Jeff (specialist)were very respectful and help explain things that a young couple and first time homeowners wouldn’t know. And coming back just days later to help even more. Really appreciated that they did their best to keep any mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves.
My service tech, Derek was very professional and very helpful. We had an emergency and he was there within 45 minutes to take care of us. He gets five stars in my opinion. The call service was also helpful. My reason for 4 stars is due to the fact the the restoration sales man was not needed and he was trying to sell us into $10,000 worth of restoration work that was not needed at all. I was more than disappointed in that regard. Everything else was great, especially Derek.
My appointment was scheduled for between 8-12 and shortly after 12 I received a call that they were running behind and would have someone out shortly. At 1:40 I got a call that they were on the way and arrive about 2pm. Paul was very nice and professional. He tried to fix my frozen drain pipe but after an hour was unable to get through the ice. So essentially back to where I started minus $112. Paul offered me some tips but most I had already been doing so I may have a much larger problem on my hands. I plan to call and follow up with them tomorrow to discuss further options from here. Paul gets a 5 stars for his efforts but I really hate waiting around all day past scheduled time of an appointment so only 3 stars for that.
We were in a very difficult financial place this Christmas with me not working for a couple of months due to one of our kids being hospitalized for about a month, followed by numerous other personal obstacles. When it rains it pours, the kitchen sink got completely stopped up. After I tried several times (unsuccessfully) to snake the drain, we had to call a professional. Not only was Bob, the plumber who came out, professional and friendly, he was compassionate and gave us a break on the charge. He was a gift from God when things were looking pretty bleak. Thank you, RotoRooter for employing caring people. It made all the difference with us. We will definitely remember and plan to be loyal customers to you in the future! I highly recommend using these folks for any plumbing needs! I am so glad to have my kitchen sink back!
